I just wanted to say thank you. Today DrJ and Rob made me realize that I do not have “problems” I have “challenges” in my life and I will grow by taking on these challenges instead of being run down by my problems. All I have to do is take the first and get the biggest obstacle out of the way ME!!!!! The greatest thing I learned today is to give myself the same care and respect that I give to others because I deserve it. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this day it was awesome and exactly what I needed.
